Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for the global network environment.
  • Offer proactive and reactive support for all network hardware, software, and communication links.
  • Design and implement new offices or integrate network technologies.
  • Coordinate with demand or project managers and utilize network management systems for documentation and implementation requests.
  • Resolve issues within Service Level Agreements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in supporting Cisco Networking Technologies.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Practical knowledge on CISCO Networking Technologies.
  • ITIL certification is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
  • High-level technology problem-solving skills.
