Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

This is a fully remote role with flexibility, autonomy, and competitive compensation with performance-based incentives. Our ideal candidate has proven experience sourcing software engineers and possesses strong technical skills, including Boolean search and familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and other technical communities.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, client needs, and candidate personas for highly technical positions.
  • Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack/Discord groups, and other niche platforms.
  • Proactively engage and follow up with passive candidates.
  • Stay on top of engineering hiring trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics to continuously refine sourcing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience sourcing software engineers (2+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting).
  • Strong track record with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search; familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and other technical communities is a plus.
  • Understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and terminology.
