- Maintain expertise on client products and services, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level) proficiency.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
- Strong live chat and email support skills.
- Personal or professional experience in the crypto industry.
- Analytical and research skills, with a positive and responsible attitude.
- Access to a personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering world-class customer support.
