Job Overview

This role involves overseeing operational, marketing, and customer support tasks for a rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchange. The primary goal is to maintain the highest standards of quality, security, and innovation in our platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Management: Develop and schedule engaging content across various platforms to foster community involvement and promote the exchange.
  2. Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on Google, Facebook, and crypto networks to maximize visibility and reach.
  3. Help Desk Support: Provide professional assistance via email, chat, and social media channels, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  4. Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates to enhance user experience and overall performance.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about the latest crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to make data-driven decisions.
  6. General Operations: Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, preferably with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi.
  • Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva or CapCut.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
