Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through inbound calls, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and meet performance metrics.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Prior customer service experience is an asset.
