This remote-based Service Desk Analyst role involves providing high-quality technical assistance to clients via phone calls, emails, and ticket escalations.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer technical support services to clients through prompt responses to incoming calls, instant messaging, and email queues.
- Document client-reported incidents and requests accurately, along with troubleshooting steps and results, into the IT service management system.
- Monitor critical infrastructure problems using monitoring systems; perform diagnostics and escalate issues following established procedures.
- Proactively maintain user relationships by educating clients on system operations and applications.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and written skills.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk or other IT roles.
