Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure alignment between their performance and client expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily planning, operations, and problem-solving of client-professional pairs to meet client-set targets
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and client-professional pairs
  • Work with clients to help grow their businesses using strategic partnerships
  • Client-professional management and relationship building
  • Client management and needs assessment, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, and handling situations
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (desired)
  • At least three years of experience in management, remote leadership, or a related field
  • Highly proficient English language skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, focused, organized, and growth-oriented individual
  • Experience in training and development (preferred but not required)
  • Resourceful and efficient in finding solutions to complex problems
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite
