Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description

This role involves managing financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, and provide support to other clerical business functions.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Qualifications in Accounting or Finance (Diploma or higher) preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in bookkeeping and financial operations
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
