Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage effective sourcing channels to attract top talent.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and reports to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and track key hiring metrics.
  • End-to-End Execution: Lead the nationwide implementation of sourcing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership teams to understand workforce demands.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the sourcing budget to ensure cost-effective recruitment strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging sourcing technologies.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in sourcing workflows using automation and AI tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of leadership experience in talent sourcing, particularly in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Experience using recruitment metrics, ATS platforms, and analytics tools.
  • In-Depth Understanding: Labor market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging sourcing technologies.
  • Familiarity with Automation Tools: CRM systems and employer branding techniques.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Amenable to Work Onsite: In Makati.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sourcing strategies and a strong understanding of labor market trends and emerging sourcing technologies.
