The Concierge Agent plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This high-impact position requires anticipating needs, resolving complex issues, and providing top-notch service to valued crew members.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from VIP crew members using knowledge centers and various systems.
  • Close assigned open cases in a timely manner while adhering to performance metrics and service level agreements.
  • Uphold outstanding service standards and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in a related field or relevant work experience in workforce scheduling, succession planning, recruiting, and logistics services.
  • Familiarity with shipboard functions, global geography, time zones, immigration, and visa requirements.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English, providing excellent support to VIP crew customers, and managing sensitive and complex issues.
