About the Role

This leadership position oversees the delivery of client websites and digital assets from start to finish. The Digital Operations Manager leads a team responsible for web support, quality assurance, and design, ensuring timely project outcomes with high-quality results.

The manager is accountable for building processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching the team to achieve consistent results. They collaborate closely with leadership to balance workloads, improve workflows, and maintain quality while meeting client expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of professionals setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
  • Collaborate with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, including themes, plugins, CMS workflows, testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA, ensuring websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
