Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Steel Structure Project Manager to lead major projects across the GCC region.

About the Role:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of steel structure installations and construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress and any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets related to steel construction.
  • Manage the procurement and logistics of materials and equipment needed for steel construction.
  • Provide guidance and training to construction teams on steel fabrication and erection techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on steel structures.
  • Extensive knowledge of steel fabrication, welding processes, and installation methods.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with local GCC construction regulations and safety standards.
