As a critical team member, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of short and long-term rental properties.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of short-term rental property operations, encompassing maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Overseeing long-term rental property operations, including tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leading recruitment and hiring processes, incorporating job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Preparing financial statements and reports, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Identifying and acquiring profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Driving business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Performing administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
