About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a high-performing team of Executive Assistants. Your primary focus will be on guiding team members to reach their full potential while fostering a collaborative, client-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Executive Assistants, promoting a positive, productive work environment and ensuring each team member understands their goals and has the resources needed to succeed.
  • Provide tailored coaching to team members based on their experience and industry needs, regularly meeting with each individual to discuss performance, set objectives, and offer actionable feedback for growth.
  • Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support team members in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.
  • Establish measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement, conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve client concerns, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to improve overall team efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.
  • Significant experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
  • Proven ability to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve their goals and grow in their roles.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, GSuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones.
