We are seeking a skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who can drive a seamless onboarding journey for new drivers.

In this role, you will be responsible for exceptional communication with drivers, reviewing and recording application documents, guiding them through the onboarding process, and driving a high conversion rate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow-up with drivers regarding their application.
  • Review and record application documents.
  • Guide drivers through the onboarding process.
  • Drive a high conversion rate.
  • Address issues and provide solutions.
  • Track progress and update required sheets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack.
  • Positive attitude, diligent, and results-oriented.
  • Availability during work hours and commitment to scheduled times.
  • Reliable and hardworking individual.
