IT Infrastructure Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding of new clients and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Document all aspects of client onboarding processes.
  • Assess client environments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Deploy monitoring solutions, security services, and self-service platforms.

You will work closely with clients, project managers, sales teams, and client services representatives to deliver exceptional communication and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of IT experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 Administration.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and VLANs.
  • Experience with VMware and Apple products is a plus.
