TalentPop is looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist to help us find top talent and streamline our recruitment processes.
We're an eCommerce brand that's scaling quickly, and we need someone who can identify the best candidates and ensure a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, with a strong background in customer service and a familiarity with e-commerce or a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates
- Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
- Keep recruitment records updated in our systems
- Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
- Recruitment experience: At least 1 year
- Customer service experience: 1-2 years (preferred)
- E-commerce knowledge: Familiarity or willingness to learn
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
