Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our Commercial department. As an essential member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules for key stakeholders and coordinate meetings effectively.
  • Promote efficient communication between teams and departments.
  • Perform general clerical duties with attention to detail.
  • Liaise with PMO and Key Account Manager to facilitate customer escalations.
  • Organize weekly cadences for team and customer meetings.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in administration and office management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
