Pharmalex GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Financial Controller to join their organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the monthly close process, including generating TB on GAAP basis, financial reporting, revenue methods, budget and forecasting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • In conjunction with the company Controller, the Assistant Financial Controller will work closely with the CFO, controller, and FPA to manage monthly close, bank reconciliations, budgets, and internal controls.
  • Prepare financial reports using Vena consolidation software, both on a GAAP and EBITDA adjusted basis.
  • Budget preparation for each entity and consolidated basis.
  • Manage entities recently acquired by the company, ensuring they integrate into the company systems and banking.

The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, experience in finance or accounting department at a mid-size to large entity with multiple entities, and advanced MS Excel skills.
