Job Title: Customer Service Officer

The company is seeking a professional to fill the role of Customer Service Officer. This individual will be responsible for contract management, coordination of daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Contract Management: The successful candidate will assist with planning, tracking, and fulfilling all contractual and service obligations.
  • Coordination: They will coordinate daily job scheduling with technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of maintenance and repair works.
  • Client Communication: Effective communication with clients, preparation and follow-up on quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with Singtel and consultants are essential skills.
  • Documentation: Preparing and submitting safety documents, access permits, and service reports in a timely manner is crucial.
  • Progress Monitoring: The candidate will monitor work progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financial Tracking: They will track monthly claims, water treatment reports, and invoice submissions through Ariba for efficient financial management.

Key qualifications include:

  • Education: Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably handling term contracts or FM projects.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Communication Abilities: Good communication, planning, and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and service tracking systems.
