Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Listing Management: You will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar.
  • Listing Optimization: You will optimize listings for improved search visibility and higher conversion rates by using relevant keywords, high-quality images, and detailed descriptions.
  • Inventory Management: You will monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and minimize stockouts.
  • Data Analysis: You will analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Marketing Strategies: You will implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales through social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Customer Support: You will provide exceptional customer support and handle inquiries and issues through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Requirements:
  • E-commerce Experience: You must have proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • E-commerce Platforms: You must be familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar.
  • Data Analysis Tools: You must have strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Organization Skills: You must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing deadlines and meeting expectations.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus, but not required.
