Job Role:

A high-performing project manager is sought to support a dynamic founder in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and implementing scalable systems, workflows, and onboarding documents
  • Establishing project tools and internal structure from scratch
  • Maintaining company drives, task lists, and accountability trackers
  • Scheduling and priority management
    • Managing the CEO's calendar, appointments, and digital events across time zones
    • Sending reminders, confirmations, and assisting with time-blocking for focus
    • Ensuring executive priorities are aligned and followed up
  • Project Management
    • Utilizing Trello and Google Sheets to manage weekly task boards
    • Leading weekly standups or check-ins to keep the team aligned
    • Coordinating with developers, contractors, and the finance team
    • Creating professional, brand-aligned emails, captions, bios, and content drafts
    • Repurposing Loom/Yard Stream videos into text and polished assets
    • Supporting pitch decks, email campaigns, grant applications, and scholarship submissions
    • Developing and tracking simple sales funnels and lead capture systems
    • Creating and monitoring high-converting digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
    • Using AI or automation to enhance campaigns and conversion tracking
    • Researching and applying for podcast features, interviews, articles, and press opportunities
    • Creating media kits, speaker bios, and tracking outreach efforts
    • Helping amplify brand messaging for the founder and wellness brands
    • Assisting in launching new offers, digital products, or wellness campaigns
    • Coordinating with designers, copywriters, and tech teams to ensure deadlines are met
    • Uploading content to Amazon, websites, or apps as needed and tracking version control
    • Working across departments (app development, financials, coaching) to streamline systems
    • Providing reminders and helping maintain communication among key staff
    • Utilizing and managing tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, Otter, Zapier, Bolt, and Famous.ai
    • Recommending automation tools and workflows to improve efficiency
    • Supporting low-code or no-code app development using tools like Bubble, Glide, Adalo
    • Assisting with Amazon Store backend, uploading listings, writing descriptions
    • Tracking orders, product updates, and digital inventory
  • Strong technical skills and experience in sales, funnels, and high-converting campaigns
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI and modern automation tools
  • Organized, proactive, and resourceful—can work independently and think strategically
  • Experience in health, wellness, or beauty industries
  • Understanding branding, public speaking, or course launches
  • Having a background in journalism, marketing, PR, or software building
