Business Analyst Specialist

Delivering exceptional business outcomes requires a deep understanding of the current and future business environment, as well as a thorough analysis of systems landscape. As a skilled Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing effective solutions to meet organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirements documents that are clear, concise, and aligned with organisational goals.
  • Presentation of detailed requirements to stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in.
  • Review and evaluate proposed solutions for alignment with business needs, highlighting key risks.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and implement solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Assess and manage the impact of requirements on business systems and processes.
  • Support development, systems testing, UAT, and implementation by working closely with solution partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Validate test case scenarios against BRDs and audit test case results performed by UAT testers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on business process improvement.
  • Proven success in business analysis roles involving complex project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., user stories, process flowcharting, requirements documentation).
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and change platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Open Project, Azure).
