We are seeking a skilled Market Research Manager to join our team. This role involves managing quantitative market research projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in international online market research, specifically focused on healthcare, survey recruitment, and collaboration with various teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships and communication
  • Coordinating project kick-off meetings and ensuring all parties understand project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Monitoring productivity and quality of data collection, producing regular updates and progress reports
  • Partnering with sales team members and operations staff to address issues and improve performance

A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Essential skills include self-motivation, time management, organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time is crucial.
