Job Summary:

To take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers and provide an excellent overall customer experience. The following are the major tasks, duties, and responsibilities of Food Servers:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Read communication pad at the start of duty, read the day's menu, and check board for special instructions;

Greet the customers upon their arrival and present menu;

Prepare recommendations or share additional information upon customer's request and/or up-sell any additional Amici/Caramia products;

Serves food and drinks to customers applying knowledge of appropriate menu and diet order;

Obtains menu order politely by smiling and speaking clearly to customers;

Arrange and cleans tables in accordance to set Quality standards and procedures;

Performstable bussing silently and with utmost care;

Correctly and efficiently prepares the trays;

Ensures food orders are delivered on time;

Prepares beverages based on customer's order;

Adheres strictly to dish and utensil handling procedures to prevent food contamination;

Checks the quality of food products prior to serving it to the customers;

Delivers the bill and collect payments from customers;

Perform correct refrigerator stocking;

Ensure work environment is kept neat and organized;

Establish good relationship with customers and colleagues;

Adheres to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines;

Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Position Specifications/Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress

Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers

Problem solving and decision making skills

Service orientation and excellent organizational skills

Hands on experience with cash register and any ordering information system

Active listening and effective communication competencies

Good physical condition

Graduate of HRM or any related course; food safety training will be considered an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
