Job Description

We are seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to promote engagement communication strategies and act as a stakeholder for both the community member experience and business needs related to community satisfaction, consolidation, and growth.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that only approved procedures are followed when communicating with contributors. This includes promoting relevant strategies to lead, coordinate, and monitor community communication, liaising with technology development, delivery, and marketing departments, and setting and managing community expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote adaptable strategies to lead and coordinate community communication
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide requirements and follow-up on deliveries
  • Set and manage community expectations while improving the community experience
  • Follow sourcing strategy to reach project targets based on past data and research
  • Perform root cause analysis for community escalations and propose corrective actions
  • Prepare material for presentations regarding community insights for internal and external customers
  • Implement strategies for building and maintaining a large engaged community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage goals
  • Participate in the onboarding process for newcomers and serve as a point of contact for all community engagement processes
  • Identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Plan and organize community satisfaction surveys, converting results into actionable insights
  • Review delivery communication KPIs and workflows, making adjustments as necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, high-level interpersonal and relationship building skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ambitious goals.

A minimum 7 years of prior experience in vendor management/sourcing/crowdsourcing/talent acquisition/ATSs development for communities is required, along with experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment and a demonstrated business English language proficiency.
