Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with our development organization in a Scaled Agile environment Our team is looking for an experienced tester with expertise in test automation You will work closely with software developers to deliver high-quality automation products across various platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality product increments in short iterations as part of an Agile team.
  • You will participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
  • You will work with stakeholders to define clear and achievable acceptance criteria.
  • You will define test plans and strategies, and perform manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects.
  • You will develop test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing across the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • You will integrate Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning-based tools to improve test coverage, predict defects, and generate intelligent test data.
  • You will contribute to the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline by integrating automation and ensuring test environment stability.
  • You will analyze test coverage and results, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
  • You will participate in code reviews and promote standard processes in testability and maintainability.
  • You will continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks by staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
  • Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design.
  • Experience in automated and manual test script development and execution.
  • Familiarity with Agile testing approaches like Test-Driven Development/Business-Driven Development and best practices such as exploratory testing and risk-based analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Involvement in multi-tiered or complex system development.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Coded UI, Cucumber, Gherkin, Xamarin Test Cloud, TestFlight, SpecFlow.
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Google Gemini.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language applied in desktop, mobile, and/or web development projects.
