Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Educational Payroll Specialist. This position requires excellent communication skills and experience in handling payroll through ADP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate instructor schedules, track student progress, and provide quality customer service.
  • Support operations by performing payroll functions and other related tasks.
  • Provide outstanding academic services to students and their families.
  • Operate effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Maintain operating standards including people, financial, and academic metrics.
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.
  • Meet operational excellence standards.
  • Provide virtual administrative support including answering phones and managing schedules.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet efficiency targets.
  • Monitor all students' academic progress.
Requirements
  • Experience in handling payroll through ADP preferred.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Exhibits professional demeanor and effective communications skills.
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships.
  • Works well with others.
  • Learning agility - able to adapt to changes in work environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
