Teaching Position Overview

Full-time, Remote Educational Role in APAC Timezone.

This position involves utilizing data-informed and technology-enabled approaches to enhance primary education and collaborating with a diverse global team of educators.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in upper-elementary levels (Year 3-6) and be available to start at the beginning of August in the APAC timezone (GMT +8).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional educational experiences for every student and their support system
  • Contribute to curriculum development and content creation, working collaboratively with other educators to refine teaching methods
  • Collaborate with adults and children to create harmonious learning environments
  • Participate in regular meetings and contribute to the growth of the education team
  • Provide daily feedback and analysis
  • Ensure the ethical implications of your work remain forefront
  • Engage in cross-functional teams aligned with your interests and expertise
  • Develop processes to optimize future classroom efficiency
  • Continuously analyze and implement new teaching strategies using feedback from students and the content team
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience teaching children aged 4 - 12, with a particular focus on 8-12 year olds
  • A Master's degree in Education or an education-related field
  • Proficiency in adopting new tools and digital offerings in Ed-tech
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to create inclusive learning spaces
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
  • Mindset aligned with the values, ethics, and morals of our organization
  • First language English; additional languages are a bonus
