About This Role

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team.

This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, evaluating existing business processes and systems, and developing strategies to maximize opportunities.

As a Business Analyst, you will also be responsible for facilitating meetings, reviewing documents, writing business requirements documents, and translating business requirements into test cases.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in performing Business Analysis in Software Engineering or Software Testing
  • Hands-on experience with Bug Tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla
  • Good understanding of project lifecycle, documentation, standards, and methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities
  1. Gather and document requirements for the implementation of IT Systems, Enhancements, and Features
  2. Evaluate existing business solutions (processes and systems), identify requirements and develop strategies to maximize opportunities
  3. Facilitate and/or support meetings to elicit requirements from the business users and stakeholders
  4. Review documents from business users and stakeholders as inputs to requirements gathering activities
  5. Write Business Requirements Documents that will be inputs to the Project Development and Testing phases among others
  6. Translate Business Requirements into test cases
