Healthcare Navigation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional to assist patients in navigating the complexities of the healthcare system.

  • Enroll patients in financial aid programs.
  • Effectively manage post-enrollment work such as submitting claims or ordering medications.
  • Review patient enrollments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Escalate and appeal patient assistance denials.
  • Coordinate medication deliveries to designated pharmacies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients.
  • Offer emotional support and empathy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in high-performance environments.
  • Hands-on experience working in healthcare is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
Internet Service Requirements

High-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider.

  • Minimum upload speed of 2 Mbps.
  • Minimum download speed of 5 Mbps.
Modem & Router Requirements

Ethernet ports wired for gigabit speed connections.
