Job Description

As a remote Dynamics 365 Support Engineer, you will be part of a global team ensuring corporate Dynamics environments are efficient, user-friendly, and meet business process goals. You will report to the Manager, IT Solutions, balancing enablement requests, platform upgrades, solution development, and platform integrations related to assigned projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain in-depth technical and business process knowledge to represent business platforms effectively.
  • Participate in business requirements gathering conversations and translate needs into technical plans and designs.
  • Collaborate with internal or external development resources to support business application needs.
  • Contribute to documentation, departmental procedures, and user guides on business processes and applications.

The role involves proactive problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. You will be responsible for implementing and customizing Microsoft's Dynamics, working with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform.

Requirements
  • 4-year degree in technology, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and ancillary systems.
  • Minimum 2-5+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft's Dynamics.
  • 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
