
Amazon FBA Seller Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon FBA sellers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our client's outbound sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Cold Outreach: Establish relationships with Amazon FBA sellers across the U.S. using provided scripts, and directly book qualified leads onto our closers' calendars.
- Lead Management: Oversee ongoing lead engagement via SMS, DMs, and email, handling objections, answering questions, rescheduling, and pushing conversations toward booked calls.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Pipedrive, ensuring outreach is logged, follow-ups are tracked, and no lead is left behind.
- Calendar Coordination: Ensure our sales calendar remains consistently booked with qualified, well-prepared leads. Handle reschedules and no-show reduction.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in outreach or scheduling processes and suggest actionable improvements.
- Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent, confident on cold calls and polished in writing.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Loom, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and responsive during EST working hours (9 AM-5 PM preferred).
