
Senior Brand Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled brand manager to lead our Amazon business. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability across multiple brands on Amazon.
With a proven track record in Amazon FBA and e-commerce operations, you will possess a strong command of Amazon Ads (PPC) and conversion optimization. Your analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets will enable you to make data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes.
You will oversee cross-functional teams to launch new products, optimize listings, and improve overall performance. If you are a numbers-driven operator who knows Amazon inside-out and is looking for a challenging role with high ownership and upside, we encourage you to apply.
This is a full-time, fully remote position that requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in Amazon brand management or e-commerce operations. We value results over titles and offer a dynamic work culture that prioritizes impact over hierarchy.
Key responsibilities- Full ownership of Amazon P&L – Manage revenue, ad spend, promotions, and margins with ruthless focus.
- Drive revenue growth – Hit aggressive month-over-month sales goals across multiple SKUs.
- Team leadership & collaboration – Coordinate with creative, logistics, and growth teams to drive key initiatives.
- Manage Amazon advertising – Build and optimize PPC strategies, reduce ACoS, and increase TACoS efficiency.
- Launch & scale products – Own the roadmap for new ASIN launches, including listing creation, reviews, and rank strategy.
- Conversion optimization – Oversee listing copy, images, A+ content, and storefront improvements.
- Data-driven decision making – Use tools like Helium10, Seller Central, and Excel/Sheets to run the business like an operator.
- Operations oversight – Manage inventory forecasts, FBA shipments, and stock availability in coordination with supply chain.
- Deep dive into brand(s), current strategy, and tools.
- Audit listings, ad accounts, and growth opportunities.
- Build a 90-day action plan.
Must-have skills:
- Proven Amazon FBA experience (3+ years).
- Strong command of Amazon Ads (PPC) and conversion optimization.
- Highly analytical with deep proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Confident leadership and cross-functional team management.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Familiarity with Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
- Experience with international logistics and FBA supply chain.
- Background in supplement, beauty, or pet products verticals.
