Job Title: Sr. Marketing Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cross-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand recognition.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels, with experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and clients. You will be proficient in Google Ads, Facebook, and other self-serve platforms, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit current and prospective clients' marketing programs and develop integrated marketing plans across channels, with a focus on social media and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with channel specialists to develop impactful marketing strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Determine budget allocations by channel, medium, objective, and funnel stage.
  • Research and analysis of prospective clients, industries, competitors, ideal customer profiles, and sentiment.
  • Forecast and pressure-test projections to align with budgets and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
  • Experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients (e.g., $100k+ spend per month per client)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
  • Familiarity with earned media channels
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack
