Design and Modeling Professional

We are seeking a skilled design and modeling professional to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will support the creation of architectural and engineering projects, focusing on designing permit drawings, working with Revit models, and assisting in schematic and tender design tasks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Revit, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.

In this role, you will create and manage onboarding permit drawings, assist with schematic design and tender package creation, convert point clouds into Revit models, and model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise)
  • Assist with schematic design and tender package creation
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and support with sales plans
  • Model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination
  • Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts
  • Provide testfit design support as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination
