Digital Project Quality Assurance Specialist

A Quality Assurance Specialist is needed to ensure our digital projects meet the highest quality standards.
- The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can also take on support and project management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Review and test completed work to identify defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues.
- Log and track bugs in Trello, providing clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Identify not only task-specific defects but also related side issues that could impact project quality.
- Ensure issues are addressed before delivery to the client.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello and Jira.
