Healthcare Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable sales professional to join our team. As a Healthcare Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in educating healthcare providers about the benefits of our microbiome-focused products.

This is not a traditional sales role; instead, you will focus on building relationships, providing clinical education, and helping providers understand the science behind our products.

You will engage with pediatric offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to educate them on our prebiotic/microbiome product line. Your goal will be to establish trust and provide value-based selling.

To achieve this, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to explain complex concepts clearly, and possess strong scientific literacy.

In addition to your technical skills, you must also be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a sales pipeline efficiently.

About the Role
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers to educate them on our products.
  • Engage in consultative conversations to address provider questions and concerns.

  • Enter order details into systems such as Shopify.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and customer feedback.

Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric nursing experience highly desirable; Medical Doctor (MD) or Nurse Practitioner (NP); Registered Dietitian; or other healthcare-related qualification with strong scientific literacy.

Experience & Skills: Proven track record in consultative sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices; comfortable discussing microbiome science, probiotics, and general pediatric health; familiarity with sales and communication platforms such as RingCentral, Shopify, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
