Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Growth Specialist to join our Marketing team in a remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid acquisition channels to drive growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of the paid media landscape, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. You will be responsible for creating and executing digital growth strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

As a Digital Growth Specialist, you will work closely with designers, marketers, and other teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive results. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and making recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels to drive growth and customer engagement
  • Develop and execute digital growth strategies that align with business goals and objectives

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the paid media landscape, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
  • 2-4 years' experience in a performance marketing role
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment
