Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team.

Job Description

This is a mid-senior level full-time position responsible for providing high-quality financial services, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage daily AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations across international entities.
  • Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Verify and process claims while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate records and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • 3+ years of accounting experience (AP, payroll, and financial reporting).
  • Experience with both Australian and US accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS & local accounting standards.
  • Experience with Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
  • Advanced Excel skills & exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
