We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our regionalised structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external parties to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial levers.
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking and forecasting.

This role is not a traditional reporting position: the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines and lead the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or Business.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work.
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modeling.
