Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business processes and requirements, developing solutions, and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse current and future business environments and systems landscapes
  • Gather and document business and client project requirements
  • Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
  • Present detailed requirements to stakeholders
  • Review and evaluate proposed solutions
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and implement solutions
  • Assess and manage the impact of requirements on data systems and business processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems and management
  • Proven success in business and quality analysis roles involving complex project delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organisational levels
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Familiarity with project management and change platforms
