Sales Development Specialist

The Pro-Life Healthcare System Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving territory sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve territory sales targets.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and community organizations to establish trust and credibility.
Market Insights:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales approaches.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to new team members and stakeholders about our services and pro-life initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: BS in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management or related field.
- Experience: With or without experience, but preferably with proven experience in sales or territory management, preferably in healthcare.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
