Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Rostering and Bookkeeping Admin Associate to join our team full-time, on-site. As a behind-the-scenes hero, you will ensure everything from payroll to rosters is accurate, efficient, and fair.

About the Role

You will craft and manage staff rosters, ensuring adherence to policies, cost-effectiveness, and fairness. Your responsibilities will include overseeing payroll operations, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and providing administrative support across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and manage staff rosters, ensuring adherence to policies, cost-effectiveness, and fairness.
  • Oversee payroll operations, including accurate data entry, timesheet approval, and adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Provide administrative support across various functions, including report generation, correspondence, and compliance checks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a background in tertiary education or substantial experience in administration or caregiving environments. You should have experience with rostering, fluency in English, exceptional interpersonal skills, initiative, independence, and a quick learning curve.
