Job Description:

This role will be responsible for the delivery of Technical Audit plans and services. This includes developing audit plans, scope, and strategies for assessing technical systems, processes, and controls.

The successful candidate will lead the evaluation of complex technical environments, operational processes, identify risks and vulnerabilities, and provide viable mitigating recommendations in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Likewise, this role shall drive the constant enhancement of the functional capabilities of the Technical Audit Team by keeping in pace with industry standards and best practices, regulatory pre-requisites, and continuing skills development while maintaining a highly collaborative approach to providing assistance to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or other relevant fields)
  • Licensed in the specified field of specialization (CE, EE, PEE, ME, PME, etc.)
  • Strong background in technical facilities management, process engineering, third-party service management, occupational safety, plant operations, and support in manufacturing/production environments
  • In-depth experience on the ISO certification process & compliance, familiarity with industry and regulatory standards relative to technical audit highly preferred
  • At least 10 years' relevant work experience - production/manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical industry, etc.
  • Strong project and people management experience or background
  • Good analytical mindset and communication skills
