About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Head of Client Acquisition in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will be able to think strategically, develop and execute business plans, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead business development activities and develop new opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms of engagement for new business and contract renewals
  • Engage and manage clients at all levels, including C-suites across different functions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proven track record of consultative and value selling for HR/Tech consulting services
  • Large volume sales experience ($350k+ per sale)
  • Able to travel regularly to build relationships and close regional deals
  • Strong knowledge of the APAC markets across multiple industry sectors
