Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Sector Engagement Expert to join our team in the Strategy, Policy and Partnerships Department. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to ADB's mission of reducing poverty and promoting sustainable development in the Asia-Pacific region.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in strategic relationship management and public policy at a senior level, with a strong understanding of current development paradigms and agendas in the G7 and G20. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including governments, civil society organizations, and the private sector.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership building.
Policy Development
- Policy Research
- Conduct research on current development paradigms and agendas in the G7 and G20.
- Policy Analysis
- Analyze data and trends to inform policy recommendations.
Team Collaboration
- Cross-Sectoral Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to advance ADB's mission.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in international development, public policy, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in strategic relationship management and public policy at a senior level.
- Experience working in an international development institution or a similar context.
- Strong understanding of current development paradigms and agendas in the G7 and G20.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
