">The role involves managing pursuit opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely submission of deliverables.
">Supporting Pursuits:
Assist in evaluating pursuit opportunities and providing insights on capacity and capability.
Bid Writing Assistance:
Work closely with the team to enhance bid writing capabilities and ensure alignment with established standards.
Cross-Disciplinary Coordination:
Facilitate communication and coordination between the lead office and other disciplines.
Resource Acquisition Support:
Assist in identifying resource needs for pursuit projects and contribute to strategic resource acquisition plans.
Knowledge Transfer Assistance:
Support initiatives for knowledge transfer from bid team to delivery team, aiding in the documentation and sharing of best practices.
Team Mentor:
Ensure the development of the regional-focused team to develop and grow according to market needs.
Deliver ongoing projects as per business norms in terms of time, budget, cost, and quality.
">Manage and grow teams in capacity and competency.
">Drive, maintain, and manage Quality Management System.
">Develop a strong 1st and 2nd line to cater to increasing demand.
">Maintain all business parameters including but not limited to billable hours, attrition, Peakon score, growth in numbers, etc.
">Qualifications and Experience">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Master's Degree in Structural Engineering Domain is a must.
">Minimum of 15 years of working experience for International Multi-disciplinary Projects for Railway Structures / Highway Structures / Civil Structures / Metro or Infrastructure in delivering various design and modeling tasks.
">Must have done a hardcore structural engineering role prior to understand and evaluate the scope of projects.
">Chartership is preferable.
">Proficient in written communication and capable of contributing to bid writing processes.
">Familiarity with construction industry and service offerings.
">Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to assist in strategic decision-making.
">Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse disciplines and support resource acquisition initiatives.
">Strong Decision-Making Skills required to align with growth Strategy as well as mitigate risk.
">Role modeling Arcadis Values and Principles especially Health & Safety Stewardship.
">Understands Quality Management Process thoroughly and can apply principles while dealing with large scale projects.
