Hybrid - Makati >10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Description IT Project Manager is assigned 2-3 projects/initiatives that are aligned to a single business segment's strategy and objectives. Key Responsibilities 3.1 Stakeholder Management Represent the Information Systems Group (ISG) within the business groups by maintaining high visibility. Attend meetings and management forums, providing a central point of information for all related technology activities.

Promote collaboration between all banking divisions impacted by the project. 3.2 Project Management Take full responsibility for all phases of the project: Initiation, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Stabilization.

Develop and maintain project schedules, including estimated costs and forecasted timelines, and communicate to stakeholders. Manage project risks and issues effectively. Control scope changes to prevent scope creep.

Prepare management reports for senior leadership. Manage budgets, expenses, and manpower from estimation to project closure. Communicate project objectives clearly and define roles and responsibilities.

Establish escalation processes within ISG, the business, and vendors. Ensure compliance with bank policies and project management standards. Measure project performance, conduct root cause analysis, and address issues.

Ensure proper transition of project documentation during stabilization. Participate in process improvement activities. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT project management; at least 8 years in the IT industry; at least 2 years in financial services. Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, risk and issue management, vendor management, excellent communication skills. Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred.
