Shift Team Manager - Key Roles

Manage and lead a team of stock counters, ensuring effective performance in client sites.


Job Description:

This is a demanding role for an experienced professional seeking a challenging position where you will manage and coordinate teams to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training the team, managing resources, overseeing project execution, achieving deadlines, maintaining high quality standards and promoting customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team management and leadership
  • Coordinating logistics and workflow
  • Ensuring accurate inventory counts
  • Maintaining good relations with clients

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.

As Shift Team Manager, you will be expected to travel frequently to various client locations and may require flexibility in your work schedule.

Person Specification:

Please note that applicants must be at least 18 years old and be prepared to work unsociable hours including early mornings and night shifts. The role involves standing for long periods and occasional use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are warehouses or large retail premises where you may need to access high stock levels.
